A new cafe overlooking Nakajima Park will open!

Nakajima Park, which is close to the center of Sapporo and directly connected to a subway station, changes its scenery with the seasons, relaxing visitors. Opening a cafe along Nakajima Park has been a plan of mine, and I'm glad we were able to make it happen.

Our cafe was named after the canvas of a painting with various colors on it, as we wanted it to function as a place for people of all kinds to relax and interact. We offer hospitality to all types of people, including local residents, those visiting Sapporo from faraway countries, those living here and working hard every day, and those who are feeling a little lonely.

drip coffee　￥500

We have a wide selection of coffee beans collected from all over the country. Our blended coffee is an American style coffee with mild acidity and bitterness that you can easily enjoy.
cafe au lait　￥550

This style is made by mixing strong, deep drip coffee with fresh milk. "Au Lait" means "milk" in French, and you can enjoy the glamorous atmosphere of Paris.
espresso　￥500

This is an Italian-style brewing method that is now very familiar. It is characterized by its dark and strong bitterness because it is extracted from powdered coffee using a special machine under strong pressure.
wiener coffee　￥500

It's a style that originated in Vienna, Austria, where you pour fresh cream over coffee and let it dissolve. Locally, it is called "Einspener" after the coachman who loved drinking it.

green tea　￥450

This tea is widely popular in Japan and other Asian countries. Green tea is produced when tea leaves are dried without fermentation (more precisely, oxidation). It is characterized by a refreshing flavor.
oolong tea　￥450

A tea with a unique flavor that has its roots in China. This is a semi-fermented tea that does not allow the tea leaves to ferment too much. The unique polyphenols contained in oolong tea are said to suppress fat absorption.
black tea　￥450

A tea with a deep flavor that is widely drunk in the UK and other parts of Europe. The fully fermented leaves that were passed from Asia to Europe became black tea.
chai　￥500

This is an Indian-style drink where black tea is boiled strong and sweetened with milk and sugar for an easy-to-drink drink. At our restaurant, we serve it in the style of Masala Chai with added spices.

cheese cake　￥600

This is a cake made with a tart-like dough topped with cheese and baked. At our restaurant, we serve it steam-grilled New York style.
scone　￥400

A baked confectionery that goes perfectly with tea and is indispensable for British afternoon tea. Serve with jam or cream for garnish.
cookie　￥200

This baked confectionery is said to have originated in the Netherlands and goes well with coffee, black tea, and Japanese tea. We have a variety of flavors available. The most popular one is definitely chocolate chip.
daifuku　￥200

It is a sweet that has been loved in Japan since ancient times and is made by wrapping red bean paste in mochi dough. In addition to bean paste, we also offer daifuku, which is fruit wrapped in fresh cream.
